Lilac Creative (formerly Lilac Productions) teamed up with Mission for the Homeless to create a user-friendly and visually appealing agency website. Our main goal was to effectively showcase the organization's efforts and connect with their supporters. They requested very simple, clear visuals using existing assets. We elevated their online presence with a custom-built AI chatbot that educates visitors on their mission and the homeless crisis in Oakland. We utilize AI voice clones to read stories of people experiencing homelessness in order to protect their privacy.

The primary goal of this project is to develop a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website that effectively showcases Mission for the Homeless services and engages their donor audience. They wanted helping bringing their organization into the modern world of digital engagement, and we did just that. User experience lies at the heart of everything we do. From intuitive website designs to seamless mobile apps, we ensure that every touchpoint is thoughtfully designed to leave a lasting impression on your constituents.
With Mission for the Homeless I focused on a full rebranding of their nonprofit, enhancing donor engagement, and boosting their social media presence. Key deliverables included a complete website redesign, donation optimization, social media strategy, and designing marketing materials for their first fundrasising event.
1. Received 193 donations (127% increase from the year before) 2. Helped raise $22,467 over the course of 6 month 3. Went from 0 to 1,200 Instagram followers 4. Built a customized modern website that is low-maintenance & highly functional with AI implementation throughout.
